Eligibility for Returns

• You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.

Return Process

2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Shipping the Item Back: Please pack the item securely, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless it was sent in error or is defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
